Team behind the governance that will have part of the authorization of the proposals and power to change central/core updates.

This team will be made up of a maximum of seven members, four of whom come from the Committee Nodes. The rest will be the governance developers or advisors.

Later, the members of the committee will be known, who will be responsible for designating the most important updates for governance, they will act independently and will be governed based on what is most beneficial for the protocol.

The foundation in turn will aim to become a DAO.
