# Brand & Logos

## **Our Brand & Logos**

 please make sure to read these guidelines.

We believe in the technology under open-source licenses, but **our Brands** **are not distributed under the same licenses**, such as Blue Lotus DAO, Genesys Token**.**

In this matter, all our Brand Assets are copyrighted material, and its use may only be in accordance with the policy detailed below:

* Name of Blue Lotus DAO name
* Logos, wordmark, icon of Blue Lotus DAO, Genesys Token.
* Blue Lotus DAO, other visual assets produced, including but not limited to illustrations and 3d models

## :thumbsup:**Do´s**

You are able to use Blue Lotus DAO Brand Assets when:

* You are referring to our Official DAO Site or any product that we offer, ex: “Trade Now in Blue Lotus DAO”
* You are referring to our products and services
* You are announcing an official partnership, but only if you have **official approval** by a qualified member of the our team

## :octagonal\_sign: **Don´t**

**Protecting Our Brand is extremely important for our users' security,** nevertheless, we strongly believe in the open-source ethos, is important that users know what is a genuine product/services and what is not.

Bellow you will find examples of DON´Ts uses of our Brand Assets:

* 🚫  **Don't change or adapt our Brand Assets in any way**
  * Use the logos and other assets exactly as provided. Do not change the colors, reassemble, abbreviate, or change these assets in any way.
* 🚫 **Don't use our Brand Assets to create digital or physical products for sale, including but not limited to**
  * Merchandise
  * NFTs
  * Other products
* 🚫 **Don't use our Brand Assets in your products' name, logo, NFTs, etc.**
  * For example, making an app called "Blue Lotus DAO App" or "Blue Lotus Flower" "Genesys App" are not allowed.
  * Don't use any of Our Logos in whole or in part as part of your products' logos, marketing material, website, or other.
  * Logos with a strong resemblance to the Our Icon are also forbidden.
* 🚫 **Don't create derivative names that imply official endorsement**
  * For example, don't make any social media groups called "Blue Lotus DAO Latin America" - this sounds official, when is not. Instead, you can use "Latin Fan of Blue Lotus DAO".

In many ways, use your common sense and creativity. Have fun making a your own and unique brand that's clearly yours.
